[for tertiary institutions, teacher professional associations, and international educators]

The Le@rning Federation Initiative (TLF) is a project managed by Curriculum Corporation and instituted by Australian and New Zealand governments to generate online curriculum content and content delivery information systems for the benefit of schools and other educational institutions in Australia and New Zealand. From time to time international educators are also granted access to content and systems, under licence agreement with Curriculum Corporation.

Your organisation (You) has a licence to use the material (Content) on this EC website (Website) under a licence (Your Licence) entered into between You and Curriculum Corporation (Us). We are the owner of the copyright in the material (Content) on this Website, except where indicated in the acknowledgments, and will allow You access to the Content through this Website if You agree to the Conditions of Use below.

Before You access the Content, You need to read and understand the Conditions of Use.

  1. Your use of the Content on this Website is subject to:
    • the terms of Your Licence with Curriculum Corporation; and
    • these Conditions of Use.
  2. You must not:
    • circumvent any Technological Protection Measure
    • interfere with any Electronic Rights Management Information.
  3. You agree to keep the Master Access Key issued to you by Curriculum Corporation, Your password and Your PIN confidential.
  4. You must ensure that those of Your employees or students to whom You issue a Password keep their Password and PIN confidential.
  5. If You have reason to believe that Your Master Access Key, Passwords, PINs, or your employees' PINs are no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss or theft), You must promptly notify us of the problem by sending an email to ipmanager@thelearningfederation.edu.au. and, in the case of a password or PIN, change or (request the users at your organisation to change) that password and PIN.
  6. We reserve the right to vary or remove part of all of the Content from this Website at any time.
  7. We make no representation or warranty that:
    • access to this Website will be uninterrupted;
    • the Content is free of error, defect, virus or other harmful element
    • the Content is accurate, complete or up to date or fit for the purpose you propose to use it.
